Blasé & Teepe Inc. REALTORS was founded in 1946 by Louis F. Blasé, Carolyn Teepe’s father. John and Carolyn Teepe joined Louis Blasé in 1973 and worked with him until his passing in 1990 at the age of 77.
They have been members of the million dollar club and multi-million dollar clubs since the early 80’s. They were recently featured in the April issue of St. Louis Magazine as “Five Star Real Estate Agents-Best in client satisfaction” for the 3rd year in a row.
John and Carolyn enjoy helping their clients through every stage; from the purchase of their very first homes to the time that they downsize as empty-nesters.
Recently Blasé & Teepe has partnered with the builder Molner Homes, selling three homes in the Clayton school district.
